Damaged or Incorrect Items:

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the item. We’ll work with you to make it right.

Shipping Issues:

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout, additional shipping charges may apply to resend the package.

Processing Time:

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 3–5 business days after your order is placed. Processing times may be slightly longer during new releases, holidays, or periods of high order volume.

Shipping & Delivery:

Shipping rates and available delivery options will be calculated at checkout based on your order and destination.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when available.

Estimated delivery dates are not guaranteed. Once a package has been accepted by the shipping carrier, delivery delays caused by the carrier are outside of our control.

U.S. Shipping Only:

At this time, we currently ship within the United States only. International shipping is not available. We hope to offer additional shipping destinations in the future!

Incorrect Shipping Addresses:

Please double-check your shipping address before completing your purchase. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout.

If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect address, the customer may be responsible for the additional shipping cost to have the order resent.

Lost or Damaged Packages:

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos so we can help make it right.

If tracking shows your package as delivered but you cannot locate it, please contact the shipping carrier first. We’ll do our best to assist when possible, but we cannot guarantee replacement of packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier.
